Ordered my sons first school Uniform on 23rd June and still havent received it (31st August). Made several phonecalls and emails, even been into the shop but still nothing! I am appalled at the service, my son starts school in 5 days and he hasnt even had the chance to try his uniform on yet!! Wont be using them again.

I am really dissapointed in the service given this year. We have used this shop for years and I was reluctant to go elsewhere. In the past we have always gone into the shop but this year I was struggling with a new baby so ordered online. Last week I was told my order was lost and someone would contact me but no one did. This week I'm told my items aren't in stock. When they were ordered at the start of the school holidays. 106 I spent in the online shop and now I have to wait for a refund to be able to buy it else where. I'm so annoyed if you can't offer a competent online service why offer it then? It seems many people have had issues ordering online. If you were aware of technical issues why were we customers not contacted? It's now 2 weeks until the kids return back to school and your customers are scurrying around to other suppliers because you can't supply the stock PAID for and ordered well in advance. Even a courtesy update email or call would be appreciated if you are struggling to source items. Also you have time for 'be kind' posts but not an update to let customers know your website is faulty as you have been telling people....Shame on you!

I Was in the shop the other day when a woman was extremely rude to one of the assistants, the assistant was patient and polite but this lady kept on goading the assistant, over sold out stock, Perhaps she should of come in sooner instead of leaving it till last minute, when the assistant politely asked the woman to try another retailer for items theyd sold out off, she got her head bitten off and this customer really upset the young girl who was only trying to help, shame on her, well done for upsetting that young girl, hope your proud of yourself! Keep up the good work girls, my tribe all got sorted thanks for your help
