        Booked appointment but wasn't advised it would be at Golborne until I received a text to confirm the appointment. Service provided by the doctor, however, was excellent.

        I went to have my annual 'flu vaccination. I was in and out in less than five minutes. The whole procedure was carried out in a most efficient manner. Details checked, choice of arms and then it was all over and done with. And it was totally PAINLESS.On Thursday 20th October I went to Railway Surgery for an appointment with Doctor Rossington . Afterwards I had to make a repeat appointment for 2 - 3 weeks. However, the appointment diary for those weeks had not been released and I was advised to ring in to get an appointment. I did not relish joining the 8am Merry-Go-Round. Gillian Griffiths, the receptionist I had spoken to, rang me that afternoon to tell me that appointments were now open and an appointment was made. A 5 star performance by both the doctor and the receptionist. WELL DONE Visited Railway Surgery today, 10/11/22. Once again a successful consultation. I was seen on time by Dr. Rossington and after a very detailed examination, further tests have been arranged. I left the surgery feeling more reassured than when I arrived. Once again WELL DONE
