We wanted to move to this estate but they expected us to jump through hoops and call them literally everyday in hope theyd release a property for sale on the day we called. No option to reserve or show any interest even though we had sold our home.
More importantly Im absolutely stunned at the price increase Ive seen in the last 18 months on this development since we first viewed their show homes and decided we wanted a property on this estate.., literally 100k increase on all of their 3 bedroom homes. Due to the price of materials they claimed !
Its nice to now see their over priced homes unsold - more so as we hit a new economical crisis.
Glad we steered clear and purchased our home from wainhomes. We saved 70k, gained a 4th bedroom and a detached garage.
Ill be sitting smug as I watch you reduce the over inflated prices.
