        We had a missing building completion certificate from work carried out on our house 10 years earlier - the problem was caused by the building contractor not requesting the final certificate from JHAI. This issue was raised when selling the property. JHAI were very responsive and professional in providing the final certificate despite the length of time since the work was completed. From my experience, I can only give them 5 stars. Thanks JHAI!

        Avoid this company, it will cost you more financially and the added stress in the long run!! Not helpful one bit, building inspector doesnt work with you but against you and provides you with unnecessary work at a cost! purposefully takes months and months when it comes to getting project signed off! Building inspector a pure Power trip!!!

        Had initial payment made... The company and the staff are very rude, Once they have your money they do not want to proceed with Inspections Avoid at a costs Do not go with this company They will make you do unecsaeracy work and make your build a nightmare
