Needed a bottom bracket extraction tool (A puller) they're dirt cheap on Amazon but even with Prime (Next day delivery) it'd be too late to get me fixed up for a ride that afternoon. I needed the tool for literally 2 X super quick pulls. The chap in there (Who was polite, friendly and professional by the way) allowed me to use the puller they use for bikes in for repair or upgrade. It took me a couple of minutes outside his shop and I paid him what he asked (Just a smidge). This place has been open for decades now and I'm glad they can still operate in a sector where the "Big boys" cycle stores seem to be taking over. Great place!

Excellent customer service. Needed new tyres for a ride that was happening the next day. The guy spent ages trying to source tyres with the correct casing and tread type.

I just can't believe this amazing shop is my local bike shop. I called up to ask about a replacement wheel bearing part and even though they don't stock my brand they spoke at length with me about it explaining that the part might be difficult for me to obtain and where to go online to get it. I called some other shops first to be sure but none of them could even get the part I needed for months. I checked the advised website and while they didn't have it in for months either, the website provided me with very detailed information about the parts that meant I was able to order a different item that contains everything I need, just fantastic, this has made my weekend, thanks mate. When ever anyone asks me which bike shop to use from now on I'll tell them to go here!!!
