This was my first time practicing Rocket Yoga, and Abbey made me feel at ease and broke down the movements to make it easy to follow. If you havent tried one of Abbeys classes or workshops, you need to! Thanks so much Abbey, cant wait for the next one! X

I have attended some amazing Rocket workshops led by Abbey. She's great at moving around the room and can adapt to different levels, making sure everyone feels comfortably challenged and energised. Very knowledgeable and great teaching style!

I was (and to a slightly lesser degree still am) a complete beginner but Abbey was able to work with me over a small number of 1-2-1 lessons to feel ready to join a class. She was fantastic! She tailored the session to my needs and abilities, made it easy to arrange, made the sessions relaxed and fun. I can thoroughly recommend. Thank you so much

I have been going to Abbeys Rocket yoga classes for a couple of months now. Id never come across rocket yoga before but she has given me a such a great introduction to it - classes and workshops have been really encouraging, fun and relaxed

Abbey was very knowledgeable and helpful, giving me a few private lessons to build my confidence so I can join a class. She adapted her lessons to suit my ability and needs. Thank you Abbey.
