Brisan Carriages

We used Brisan for our wedding on 01 June 2018 and they were brilliant! We hired the white Rolls Royce phantom and it was an amazing car!! Brisan called me 2 days prior to go over and check all details for the day and arrived at my house 5 minutes earlier than expected. The driver was well dressed and drove the car impeccably. We cant thank you enough, also the personalised number plate for us and the champagne and chocolates were a lovely touch! Thank you again.

Please ignore previous reviews. We used Brisan cars for my wedding this weekend and they were great. I contacted them after reading the reviews and they assured me everything would be fine and it was. The driver arrived way earlier than booked, but he was lovely and friendly and put me at ease straight away. The car was better than I expected. Absolutely gorgeous inside and out. I would definitely recommend them to others!

DO NOT USE this company if you don't want your wedding day ruined!!!!! We used this company for our wedding day and on the day they sent a PEOPLE CARRIER for our bridesmaids as the original car booked we had broken down. The other bridesmaids car broke down TWICE with the bridesmaids in it with a leaking exhaust - the car was full of smoke!!! We paid 50 EXTRA for a bottle of champagne & chocolates - we DIDNT get a bottle we got a glass and penny sweet chocolates! They are a bunch of clowns when we called to complain we were pushed from pillar to post saying you need to speak to accounts - you need to speak to the owner NOBODY was giving us the answers we needed. If it's a Wedding your booking then STAY CLEAR but if you want a day out at the circus then these ARE your guys....!!! Disappointed is an understatement!!!!!! Ruined our special day & the Manager really didn't give one - shambolic so PLEASE stay clear!!
