I had my first sports massage with Lauren yesterday and it was great. Lauren is very welcoming and very knowledgeable about physiology so was not only able to give a good sports massage, but also offer guidance and advice for my training and general body maintenance which I really appreciated. Will definitely be booking in for regular sessions!

It was my very first time and naturally was feeling a little anxious. Lauren was extremely friendly, welcoming and made me feel super comfortable from the start. The setup is pleasant, I loved the relaxing background music and Lauren's expertise is trully amazing. After simply one visit, my pains have significantly lessened and my migraines are minimal. I trully recommend anyone to Lauren and will definitely keep to regular visits myself.
