A lovely weekend at The Inner Guidance Centre with Pilates and Nordic Walking. It completely changed my opinion of Vegan food, it was a feast of delicious flavours. Many thanks to Dom and Jo Da Rosa for the wonderful meals. Lots of different Pilates classes to enjoy. Many thanks to Davina.

I have been attending Davinas Pilates classes for a number of years, the benefits have been a strong set of core muscles, good posture and flexibility. Davina is able to structure a class so that beginners and advanced can work together but at their own level and equally enjoy the sessions. Davina is friendly and motivates the class well, mixing up the exercises using bands or balls as well as including relaxation techniques. She explains the benefits of the exercises and is patient with those who require assistance. Davina is knowledgeable about diet and fitness and offers advice when asked.

Well balanced class, working through the body. St. John's Church venue is a bright spacious room. Bus stop just outside, parking available.

Love Davinas class,she explains everything really well,and is constantly checking everyones positions to make sure they are doing it right,correcting when necessary She is fun and bubbly and has great taste in music In my option she is a TOP teacher

Jo Difra
Good work out every week, it changes so you use different muscles. Upbeat work out, if you have an injury work out is adapted to your capacity. I Enjoy this class, very relaxed and feel comfortable. While strengthening my body and seeing a change in my body core. I would recommend these classes to everyone.
