My daughter had to have 2 teeth removed under sedation yesterday, she has additional needs .. & was scared . Her experience of dental work in the past had been poor . Her care yesterday was outstanding, & the kindness she was shown was heartwarming.. Thank you so much , I would highly recommend you.

Great team, thank you all for a great visit your information pack you send out before my appointment explained everything about my appointment so I knew what to expect about times and not to turn up early, I was not kept waiting and everything went smoothly .....pain free experience

I was referred here and in true agony. Wisdom tooth was recovering from an infection, raised and in a nutshell if I bit down the pain was awful. It need to come out. I left a voicemail one evening knowing they probably wouldn't pick it up until the next day. At 8:38am I had a call from Jeni letting me know they had a cancellation and could I make it? 8 minutes later it was all confirmed. Later that morning I attended and Jeni was brilliant, very helpful. 20 mins later I was minus one extremely sore tooth. The procedure and aftercare was explained in detail and they checked I understood everything. Excellent, thank you

Come for my son appointment at 11.55 am . But we come 30mins early .Im 6 months pregnant and my son is child. They ask me to leave and come back my appointment time . I come by urber . So me and my son have to leave the building . Walk around 30mins . ( waiting room no one in there . This is my first time in this dentist . ..

I came here last week to have a tooth removed under sedation. I was absolutely terrified and had been building myself up for weeks! The reception staff were great trying to put me at ease and telling me how good the staff were. I was very quickly called in and everyone was just fantastic. Every step of both the sedation and the tooth extraction was explained to me in detail but also very quickly so that there wasn't any 'hanging around'. The sedation went in and before I knew it, it was all over! I cannot thank everyone I came into contact with that day enough - compassionate, caring and professional - I cannot recommend them highly enough - if there were six stars I would give it!
