Perhaps the reception team are more welcoming and polite to people who are members or staying guests. It wasn't busy at all. I arrived to try and eat and get a drink there as I had been working nearby. I was told that they only accept "members" or staying guests. The entry area of a once elegant private residence now resembles a squat occupied by wannabe artists. It is a bizarrely decorated place with bare, untreated floorboards. Outside there is signage that resembles an old hospital site. I'm sure that they could advertise more clearly that non-members and those not staying as residents aren't welcome. The income could go towards some needed maintenance. This place could be lovely, but sadly it really isn't.
