        Unreliable. Having confirmed an appointment by email for a site visit in order to quote for the job, the firm failed to turn up on the day. They said they had problems with their automated booking system. So we will be going elsewhere. My husband took the morning off work to meet them so we weren't impressed. Plenty of other firms out there.
