Found the customer service provided by who I presume is the owner to be extremely rude. Went down to view a Nissan 350z, he seemed very reluctant to tell me anything about it. Would not lot me test drive the car unless I committed to buying it. I don't know about anyone else but how can I be expected to buy a car without ever trying it in the first place? After asking if he would consider a part exchange on my Mazda RX8, I was then insulted about my car choice. After stating they have finance on the website, I was then told in person that I would be better off getting a bank loan. He did do a HPI check on my Mazda which he complained about as it had cost him 10 to do so. I will not be going back to purchase the Nissan as nice a car it is, the customer service is disgusting. Compared to the other cars he had there, the 350z was pretty cheap. Good luck to anyone buying anything more expensive from this clown.

I have used plus 200 club since it opened and been more than happy with the service I've received. The owner is honest and reliable, something that is tough to find in car sales!
