Head 2 Toe Osteopathy

The first thing you notice about Jon is he is an intense listener. Always reassuring when you need help, normally in my case with a pain problem. After evaluating my hip Jon put me on a program of strengthening and stretching. After two sessions with him I have no pain and still carrying on with his very helpful advice. I have seen many osteopaths over the years and I can definitely recommend Jon.

I have been going to Head 2 Toe Osteopathy to see Jon Wilkinson since March 2022 after a motorbike accident where i broke my pelvis, knee and wrist. Although i had physio in the months after my accident, i suffered badly with my knee and groin with pain and difficulties moving. I was encouraged to see an osteopath through my insurance company. Jon has been brilliant with his treatment and care that i have received. I can see and feel the progress that i have made in this time, after thinking that i was ging to have to suffer for the rest of my life. Jon is informative, patient and encouraging and the exercises and attention that he has given me have been exceptional. I would definitely recommend Jon Wilkinson.
