Flower Farm

Had a very nice lunch there. Plowmans was lovely with fresh fruit, salad, cheddar, ham and pickle. Chips were really good too.

I recently went to flower farm on a cold snowy morning with neighbours. We went with our two dogs and arrived 5minutes before official opening (the coffee shop was already open). We went inside and the place was empty including no staff. A man who works at flower farm then came in and I said are you open? The first thing he said was can you get the dogs out. No please, no good morning, or even politeness to explain Im really sorry no dogs are allowed inside if you wait outside Ill get a colleague to get you a coffee as soon as possible. The rudeness was unacceptable and quite honestly made us all feel very uncomfortable. We decided not to wait the 5minutes and left. Had there been better customer service and all round politeness we would have been happy to wait. Having colleagues working at the farm with an attitude like this definitely wont gain the farm a good reputation.
