Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Dorwyn. Had a couple of alternatives come round to quote but got frustrated with either overselling or opposite lack of pro activity/general interest despite what was a significant order (10 windows, 2 bays, 2 bifolds). Luckily happened to walk past Dorwyn Reigate office so gave them a call - and suddenly everything got better and as you hope it will be. Will was fantastic - responsive and a real pleasure to deal with when quoting (during house visit and after). Gave really good advice and showed a real passion to get to right solution for us, not maximum revenue for him. Will was also super flexible - firstly when took us a while to choose and the when twice we had to reschedule (once due to other work going on at house and once due to covid). Then Billy and Mike (the fitters) came and did such an amazing job. Real pleasure to have around and just quietly got on with job. Lovely guys. But also the quality of fit was so high esp as wasnt always easy (eg one set of bifolds involved knocking down a partial wall that had windows previously). Made it look so neat Really pleased also with quality of product. Overall a real pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

A truly brilliant experience from start to finish. Dorwyn windows sell high quality branded window frames and doors at extremely competitive prices. Will was superb throughout, very knowledgeable, always contactable and not pushy in any way. Will was able to provide a 3d overlay picture of the window design and this really helped us determine the type of windows/doors that suited us the best. Will clearly takes pride in everything Dorwyn do and would frequently visit the house during the installation to check everything was going well. We had Mike as our fitter and he was superb too. He's been fitting windows for 20+ years, clearly knows what his doing and nothing was too much. Mike was meticulous in his finishing detail and throughout the time he was in our house, was always punctual, polite and extremely tidy. At the end of each day you didn't even know he been there... other than the new wonderful look of our house!! We had 8 windows, patio door and new front door fitted. It has not only transformed the look of our property, the noise reduction from the main road is wonderful. I spent 6-9 months getting various quotes and they all came with optional extras and went well beyond my knowledge of window frames and glass.
