Surrey Pet Crematorium & Cemetery

I was very badly let down by this crematorium. We'd had our 19yr old cat pts at home so had to make cremation arrangements ourselves, which I'd done well in advance as we knew when it was going to happen. The viewing of my pets body was the most awful thing I've experienced. They didn't have the urn I'd requested prior to our visit and if my son hadn't been with me I would of left. It was also a hot day at the end of a heatwave. I ended up taking my beloved friend's ashes to another crematorium to be repackaged the next day. I was badly let down and felt that I'd failed in the last thing I could do for my pet. An already traumatic time was made even worse and I would not recommend this business.

I woke up on the 19th of December 2022 to find my beloved cat Thomas dead outside his bedroom door. The surrey pet crematorium were so lovely and Thomas was cremated that afternoon. I now have his ashes home. I am beyond devastated but the staff there were wonderful and I am so grateful.

We have just been told by the office manager they do not know where my pets ashes are after calling several times and being told wed get a call back but never did. Its made an already stressful and emotional time worse, consider taking your pet somewhere else.

We received a wonderful service. We had no idea what to do but when I called the staff were very kind and helpful. They put our pet in a bed with a blanket and we were able to spend some time with him in the farewell room. We got a free fur clipping and chose an ink paw print. We opted for a communal cremation but they had lovely keepsakes on display if you wanted to keep the ashes. The grounds and cemetery itself are very beautiful. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone going through this very difficult time.
