Four years ago I bought a TGB quad bike and service has been great. Recently I bought a Logic mower which they brought, unloaded, showed how it worked and stayed while I used it. Complete sales service. Mike Williams

Amazing customer service. I only went there today to have a physical look at a few I was interested in and came away with plenty of knowledge about what I was looking at. and have managed to bring my decision down to 2 different quads. Very much appreciated and will be coming to purchase just after Christmas.

Customer service atrocious and I have a case to this further if needs be, Its basically a barn with inexperienced staff who need a lesson in customer services, even if you can find the place as the address is incorrect once you get there you wont find reception. A frosty introduction and jumping on me for driving to the back yard after another person had told me to go there didnt help after a long trip. The yard is grotty and a mess if youre expecting a professional experience this isnt for you. I pointed out the issues and straight off the bat the lady told me there would be a charge if nothing was found to be wrong under warranty, thinking that it a bit odd but I wasnt worried as a 2 month old 250 mile quad shouldnt be leaking oil. I was wrong, the mechanic said the oil was water and Id driven through a puddle, and Id have to pay. Now Im pretty sure water doesnt feel or smell like diff oil. But questioning myself I drove the 3hr round trip again to collect plus fuel, and within 10min of riding the oil was back. Emailed straight away and had the owner Graham accuse me of threatening staff and basically he turned this to deflect the incompetence of his company, I can see where his staff get there customer service ability from if the owner is that rude and aggressive. Youll see a reply no doubt from a disgruntled owner wholl be shifting the blame from their poor customer service and their poor lack of mechanical skills. Not even a sorry or a refund for their incompetence.
