Tracy Nadin Pilates

I don't 'do' classes, but I have being attending reformer pilates with Tracy for 18 months and have no plans to quit yet. It's the perfect balance of exercise, mental relaxation and the right amount humour, each class tailored fit the needs of those in it. Small classes or individual lessons have helped build confidence on the reformer and physical strength. Keep up the great work Tracy.

So delighted to find an excellent instructor in Reformer Pilates so close to home. Tracy suggests ways in which excercises can be tailored to my limitations, whilst also encouraging me to progress and extend my capabilities. I was able to see my strength and flexibility improve week by week. Classes are fun, inivotive, energetic and fulfilling.

I have been going to pilates at Tracy's studio for a few years now. She, and her able assistant Bob, make the lessons motivated, fun, varied and challenging with good use of some superb equipment. The place is always spotlessly clean, and they meticulously keep to the Covid rules for the safely of themselves and their clients. Tracy and Bob regularly attend training to keep themselves up to date, so their lesson plans give everything ANY body could benefit from.

Tracy has been amazing running brilliant zoom classes to keep everyone going during lockdown. She has the perfect balance of hard work and good humour to make sure you feel revitalised after each class. I had previously done mat pilates so wasn't sure what to expect starting on reformers, but Tracy made it so easy and fun to do - I am looking forward to getting back when the studio opens!

I have finally found an exercise I love and Tracy makes it fun enjoyable and definitely challenging. You have to try it!
