Found a duckling in the garden, couldnt find its mum and none of the neighbours have a pond or ducks. I rang the vet who wasnt interested and then found this amazing sanctuary. It is a lovely place with so many ducks, swans and geese. Graham is so caring, kind and friendly. He and his team have saved so many lives and will save so many more. We had a tour of the grounds and it was evident to see how well looked after the birds are.

Graham was very helpful today, when all other charities were not picking up or replying. Thank you Graham and I have set up a direct debit having cancelled the one I had with the RSPCA.

Graham is very caring, knowledgeable and goes over and beyond in his work. I had spotted a male cygnet that appeared in distress and not well. Called Graham who instantly came to the rescue yesterday. Initially, the cygnet responded well to treatment and seemed to improve. Later on in the day the cygnet took a turn for the worse and died. Thank you Graham for all that you did.
