Gould Construction Ltd

Gould Construction built my new house in St. Ives. I have had virtually no issues over the past year, which proves they have a good standard of workmanship. I would certainly recommend them.

I purchased a house five years ago and have spent that time replacing everything in it. The bathroom door has never locked and the workman who replaced it once admitted the product was cheap and he had told the owners but they insist on using cheap products. All three toilets have flooded and broken so have had to be replaced, I have had a worrying hole next to the garage which I have to keep filling in. There were mice inbetween the walls so we had to pay for an exterminator to get rid. You can see all the screws in the lounge ceiling, I could go on but basically if you want a cheap house with a cheap, shabbily put together interior buy a house from these guys, the built in washing machine they put in has just broken and because it's smaller than a normal machine I will have to have the whole kitchen re done to get a new one in. If you want a decent house buy elsewhere
