Great place to learn a new ability whether it be aerial silks, hoop, sash or pole fitness. There's something for everybody. The instructors are very friendly, lovely and very supportive of beginners.

I have been to the elements dance studio last week to do a new beginners course of pole. It's such a lovely little studio, the ladies who run the fitness classes and who own it are so lovely, they make you feel so welcome and if you need any help they always message back. They do variety of fitness classes from pole to hoop etc. It is so clean and easy to get to so local.
