* Awful experience - would NOT recommend * We hired Anna to photograph our wedding in July 2021. We have since celebrated our first wedding anniversary and are yet to (most likely never will) receive the photo package we paid a lot of money for. Annas communication has been beyond poor with emails arriving every 3-4 months with countless excuses about why the photos have not been delivered. Every time we hear from Anna it is with an empty promise to provide our wedding photos before she disappears again for many more months. We are beyond angered by Annas inability to communicate effectively and provide our much wanted wedding photos. Like many other couples, we have no photos with parents, grandparents and other family members and friends. Anna has dealt with this situation terribly and should have used the money that we (and others) paid her to outsource the work to fulfil her contractual obligations. Stay away from ANNA MATHILDA PHOTOGRAPHY!!

Our wedding was this year in April (2022) . Anna turned up after weeks of not communicating with us. She had mentioned she hadn't been keeping very well and we put it down to this. After the wedding we have had little to no communication. Just seems to be automated messages. She doesn't reply to texts or answer calls. I was shocked to have read reviews on her Facebook page to know this is a much BIGGER ISSUE as multiple couples from last year are still waiting for their photo's, some surpassing their 1 year anniversary. AVOID using her at all costs! We paid a lot of money for pictures we will probably never receive. Completely heart broken and let down by someone we entrusted to capture such a special day.

would not recommend, had an absolute nightmare with the photographer. Was not willing to postpone our date in the first place and she then asked for more money but said that she will not be available to postpone on Saturdays (even though our wedding has been planned for a Saturday and we booked her for a Saturday) as it won't make 'business sense' for her (when we had already paid the full amount of 1600). Ended up cancelling with her and received a very small portion of our money back. Be cautious.

We are nearly at a year since the date we got married. We are 1 of 16 couples who are still waiting for wedding photos from Anna. We receive ad hoc emails promising that our photos will be edited and sent but then we receive nothing and we then have months of no contact. We have requested the unedited photos but these have not been provided either. We are angry, fed up and very stressed by the whole situation. We paid a lot of money for a service that hasnt been completed in a year. If Anna just provided the unedited photos to all the couples waiting the situation would be over but here we are still waiting. We hope that we will get the photos one day but that is looking less likely and its heart breaking that those memories of our special day could be gone forever. Its a disgusting way to treat the people that trusted Anna with the most special day of their lives

Like many others below, we have had appalling service from Anna - no communication beyond blanket, automated emails to all her clients promising contact which never materialises. Anna was lovely when we first met with her online in 2021, but since the start of 2022 we had nothing but the aforementioned blanket emails. Luckily we found another photographer before our actual wedding day, but paid Anna a significant deposit I doubt we will ever see again. Do not under any circumstances choose her as your wedding photographer - you will regret it!
