We received an excellent and highly professional service. David is possibly the most enthusiastic person about his job that I've ever met and his excitement is contagious. His photos were of the highest quality, with a particular expertise in 'capturing the moment'. He was very unobtrusive throughout the function, and yet managed to capture photos as if he were in the centre of the action. We would definitely recommend him and his brilliant team to others and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

David has done a great job of capturing the moment while not interfering with it. Rather than create moments by asking for certain (clich) poses or actions, he has captured the natural look and feel of the wedding with numerous candid shots of friends and family, reflecting the joy of the whole day. Modern, artistic, fresh and professional highly recommended.

We hired David as our wedding photographer after I met him at another wedding and thought he was lovely. Our wedding was in February 2019, David was prompt to arrive on the day, and went about unnoticed until he left a little before the end of the party, which was fine by me, as he said he had plenty of great images. I will start by saying that we do have one or two ok images which we will frame and treasure, as memories of our wedding day and we are very grateful for these. However, I have to be honest and say that we were and remain very disappointed by the selection of images David sent to us. There were far too many 'unusable' images with eyes closed, unflattering facial expressions and a few shots out of focus and pixilated, as well as many images repeated, which I feel should have been culled before sending. I understand that many pictures with eyes closes etc will be taken over the course of the day when capturing a wedding, but I don't understand why they were sent to us. There were also far too many images of guests mid conversation and looking bored or absent, as opposed to images of me and my husband together or with family and friends. Overall the quantity of usable images are minimal. Furthermore, our formal family photos were really not great to say the least, with people looking away, and lots of shadow covering faces. This was very disappointing to me. David explained that the lighting in the synagogue wasn't great, and I understand that but I was disappointed that he did not plan ahead and bring lighting, or even just suggest that we do the formal pictures somewhere else. I think if we had a venue meeting beforehand and some direction on the day this problem would have been avoided. Lastly, I know David specialised in natural, in the moment images, but I think when marketed as a wedding photographer basics such as full length images of the brides dress, the first kiss and many more images of the bride and groom together should be provided. I have around 4 usable images of myself and my husband from my own wedding! He also claims to specialise in Jewish weddings and did not even wear a yarmulke to our synagogue service !!!! Everyone was extremely shocked at this!! When we bought these matters up with David he quickly became quite unpleasant. Time went by and we spoke, he sent us a few prints of the images we liked, this although a nice gesture in terms of aftercare, did not go far enough to address our disappointment and came months after our issues had been raised, especially after paying him such a large amount of money. I have deliberated about writing this review but I think it is important to be open and honest about my experience here, as I remain upset about the images received and imagine paying 2500 for worse than amateur images. I do wish the industry had some kind of regulation.. I would strongly advise other brides to think twice before going ahead with him.
