        Posted on behalf of my grandmother. "What a breath of fresh air to be welcomed so warmly by the manager of the Godalming Timpson branch. I went into the branch for a new strap on my watch and I was offered a full selection of colours of colours & styles, nothing was too much trouble for the lovely gentleman who's name I think is David. My old watch has gained a new lease of life all for the very reasonable price 14.95. Thank you so much - I will be back when I need a new battery."

        Took a pair of boots here which had previously had sole of heel 'tacked' on by previous menders who 'couldn't fix'. The result is absolutely stunning with a whole new heel. They look just like new. Very reasonable prices to! Thank you so much!

        First I telephoned to see if the shop was open as it was New Years eve. The reply i got was " well, i answered the phone didnt i". I thought ok, what have we here?? I decided to take my boots in anyway as i had been meaning to do this for a while. I was very pleased I did. Ladies boots rehealed and soled in an hour on New Years Eve! Fast efficient service, very happy, my boot's are like new, would recommend and use again. !!
