I was a novice when I started Nicolas Pilates classes, but I was soon put at ease with Nicolas kind and patient demeanour, and by the friendliness of the class. I would recommend Nicola without a doubt!

Nicola is a fabulous teacher, ensuring that classes are varied and fun. You challenge muscles you didn't know you had (in a good way!) and progress gradually and safely. I have been attending Nicola's classes since 2016 and her in depth knowledge and encouragement ensures that you work your body in the best way for you. The online Zoom classes have been great and very welcome during lockdown! No hesitation in highly recommending Nicola for classes or 1:1 tuition.

Nicola instills confidence with her knowledge and understanding of how pilates can help after injuries. Her gentle encouragement helps to move you forward, enabling you to strengthen muscles, improve posture and feel better. In a mixed ability class everyone seems to get individual attention from beginner to absolute expert. I actually look forward to her classes!

Both me and Dai (my husband) have been doing classes with Nicola for years now, which is quite something for us. It must be because we enjoy the classes, we feel much better and we really like Nicola. She is a great teacher and keeps us enthusiastic. She always has alternatives if and when we have injuries.

I've been going to Nicky's pilates classes for 3 1/2years now - I love them. They are brilliant! She is a great teacher, always considers people needs and requirements, happily making adjustments and adapting to make sure you get the most out of class. If you have a specific need she will tailor the class to include something to help. She will motivate you to push yourself without loosing the attention to detail needed to do get the benefits from pilates. She makes classes fun and you will never be bored as she is always adding new things!! Going to pilates has helped me run. I love running it helps me to maintain my sanity but I had started to get painful niggles and especially sciatic pain - I've been pretty much sciatica free since starting pilates which is fantastic. Nicky's classes also give me time out for me a breathing space which I love. Thanks Nicky
