        Love love LOVE reformer pilates at The Pilates Movement. Really convenient, well priced and well rounded classes covering all areas of the body. I'm addicted! Especially like Carron and Jeff's classes

        I joined Pilates Movement after a herniated disk. I am not a 'bendy' person so was very apprehensive. The reformers give support and allow you to stretch more than you would normally. Instructors are kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I am SO glad I am doing this and highly recommend for everyone.

        Love this place . I have finally found an exercise class which I enjoy!!! But yet tough enough to know it is doing me good. All the teachers are lovely . So knowledge & encouraging. The booking system is also super easy. Cant recommend it highly enough.

        Great instructors; plenty of options for classes. Had not tried reformer Pilates before and have found it really effective for improving flexibility and strength.
