Nick was fantastic with our new puppy Olive! He gave us lots of advise & helpful hints about having a new puppy in the home and was brilliant at helping to train her when we were at work. He was trustworthy, reliable and looked after her really well. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him!

Nick is amazing with our anxious Frenchie! Nick handles him so well and now he loves his walks. Nick started carefully and slowly built up a relationship with our dog, starting with shorter walks closer to home before he got confident to go further. It's really lovely to see him so happy walking with someone who is not his "mum and dad." Nick really helped us when we weren't able to walk our dog after our baby was born. He was so flexible and kind. He's always on time and we trust Nick 100% with our dog!

Always a great service from PHG. Nick is diligent and caring, working hard to make friends with our pets and ensure they're well taken care of, whilst keeping us updated when we're away from home.

Nick has looked after my two cats and four chickens on a couple of occasions. He has given me peace of mind that they are well cared for, including sending me a daily update. He took the time to befriend both cats, not easy because one is a bit shy. Matthew

Nick is very friendly and thorough in his approach. He does a preliminary visit to discuss requirements and meet our cats, attends when he says he is going to, and provides updates while we are away on WhatsApp. The communication is excellent and, most importantly, the cats are happy!
