    I approached Joe to teach my son self defence which he has done and is doing brilliantly. Joe has a calm, friendly nature, very knowledgeable and very skilled. Highly recommend him. My son tells me he looks forward to seeing Joe every week and has built his confidence greatly on how to defend himself.

    If you want to stand in front of a mirror doing bicep curls then I suggest you trot on. If, however, you want varied and demanding training which pushes you both physically and mentally using some tried and tested old school methods, then Joe is absolutely your man.
