Made the call to look to transfer a SSAS Pension. All seemed good took lots of details and said someone would call to discuss. very good start. Next afternoon a call came in and when the our staff asked for details as I was leaving the building was told by Stephen McPhillips Dentons Technical Sales Director which I found out later by calling the number back. "i've called many time get him to call me" and I was told the guy was very rude on the phone. he didn't even leave a name or number. Our phone system keeps records of all calls so I called the number back and asked for his name and company. his attitude was a JOKE. This guy is a Director? More like a DICKtator. Wont be recommending them or dealing with them at all.

The Standard Administration fees are misleading. You will be charged additional fees for any question, emails or phone calls you make to Dentons, even if you are simply asking a question about their service and not even asking them do conduct any work. Do not fall for the same trap as me and opt for them because at first glance they appear to be the cheapest. They are not. Further to this, they have full control on ensuring you pay all fees they deem to seem reasonable, and will not accept a dispute, as they will not release your money back to you unless you pay them. I highly urge that you place your money somewhere else. I cannot fathom how they have won awards, and will be making enquiries to the firms that have provided these as based on my experience, it is highly disingenuous. It is a shame, as I had a good experience when dealing with them originally, but it was not until they started sending me invoices for work I did not even know I was paying for.

I have found the staff at Dentons to be helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I am entirely happy with the way in which it manages my SIPP.
