Busy Bees at Godalming Bridge Road

Really good experience. Ive heard so many horror stories about nurseries being difficult over the pandemic, unhelpful, uncommunicative - I feel very lucky to say that weve had the opposite experience so far. Everyone is incredibly helpful and professional over the phone and in person, the app is great for seeing what the kids are up to during the day, key workers seem to know the children really well and care about their experience. Theres such a practical, no-nonsense feel to everything as well - if theyve had a tough day, youll hear that theyve had a tough day, and why (rather than them always saying hes had a lovely day!), when they are ill theyll try to cater for them as much as possible before sending them home, and when I asked to shift down to fewer days in a week then up again, it was done with no fuss at all. Overall, a great first year - thank you.

What a lovely nursery! my Son has been attending now for 6 months and has settled in really well. He hardly even bats an eyelid when I leave in the morning. The staff have been wonderful and really reassuring. The level of care is outstanding and I would highly recommend this nursery to everyone.
