Excellent service. I literally walked in off the street and the receptionist arranged for Richard Nowicki to give me a call. This was followed up by a home visit. I wanted to make sure that I understood all the options and to make sure I had everything covered. Richard was very patient and professional at all times, despite the time it took me to reach that point! I would also add that I thought the fee charged was very reasonable.

Personal and professional service delivered efficiently and effectively. Some thought provoking questions raised around what ifs so as to ensure the will accurately catered for both likely and unlikely scenarios. Couldnt be more pleased with the service and would highly recommend.

Will writing can seem a bit of a daunting prospect and, lets face it, its not the cheeriest of undertakings (no pun intended). That said, its a pretty important part of everyone's lives to ensure all goes as planned after they're no longer around. I recently decided to go through the process and Elm Financial Management were superb. I dealt directly with Richard Nowicki who was a pleasure to work with and who has has a friendly very disposition which is most appreciated when dealing with fairly serious subject matter. He presented everything in terms I could understand with no legal jargon or unnecessary long-windedness. He was able to answer all of the questions I had and allowed me to supply him with the necessary information at my own pace. The whole thing is very affordable and the finished will is professionally laid out and nicely bound. Thank you Richard and Elm Financial Management for excellent service!
