We had the pleasure of using the Hamptons Godalming for the sale of our house over the last few months, and the whole team were absolutely superb. From the beginning Jake Chandler who came to help with the market appraisal was charming, helpful and made the process as smooth as possible whilst offering a very competitive price compared to other estate agents in the area. Ross Bounds helped us through the whole of the transaction process of selling achieving a house price well over the asking price and gave superb, considered honest advice on the selling process and buying of our new house - he was always on hand to help and was extremely prompt with any queries we had. The viewing team of Pippa Kilby and Sue Rees were friendly, knowledgable and had clearly done their research prior to the viewings to give the best possible showing, resulting in 10 offers on our house within 48 hours! I was also impressed with how whenever I needed to ring the branch, the phone line was always answered promptly, unlike other estate agents where I was forever leaving messages and waiting to be called back. Ella was always extremely friendly and helpful when I spoke with her. I wholeheartedly recommend the team for anyone thinking of selling their house in the future, as it's a first rate service!

I would thoroughly recommend the team at Hamptons Godalming. As a seller, they did a fantastic job of marketing and selling my house in Godalming , and as a buyer the took the stress out of securing our next home. A special mention goes to Jason Harvey, a commensurate professional who guided me through the process, navigating all obstacles with ease and maintain excellent relations between the parties, and also to Pippa Kilby, a brilliant marketer and perhaps the only person I would want to conduct views if I were to sell again. They are both real assets to Hamptons and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We recently sold our property in Milford via Hamptons (we bought it through them too) and were not disappointed. Jake and the team have in depth knowledge of the local market and we achieved an asking price sale that completed in 10 weeks. Excellent work all round, highly recommended.

I recently sold my property through Hamptons Godalming and was thoroughly impressed with the service that was provided from the initial valuation, right through to completion. The total team provided a 5* level of customer service at every interaction. I was pleasantly surprised with the valuation provided and Hamptons had a clear, concise strategy to get the value that they saw in the property. It proved to be an achievable and realistic valuation. Jake made me feel totally comfortable the whole way through the process and the marketing and photography was first class. Sue, Phillipa and Pippa ensured that we had a high footfall during the viewings but that expectations were aligned for potential viewers. Ross was an absolute joy to deal with. He was incredibly efficient, professional and personable throughout. The extra hours that he worked to ensure that things went smoothly with the sale never went unnoticed. Ross also took great care and pride in finding us properties to view. During this process we had a couple of major life changing events happen and Ross was always understanding and caring throughout, he truly went above and beyond in his role. I cannot thank Hamptons enough for making the whole sales process so simple and for helping to derive the maximum value from the property.
