Phenomenal shop with friendly, helpful staff. They always have a great selection of mens clothes. A very easy 5 stars.

A lovely little shop, with unfortunately far from lovely service. Immediately when I arrived I said hello (politely) to the only lady who seemed to be working in the shop. She stared me straight in the face and then looked away! Shortly after, I asked her if I could try something on. Admittedly she looked busy with a notepad by the pay desk, however she said yes to me without even looking up from the page. Once I'd tried on my items, I saw another customer going to pay. The lady was short tempered and clearly did not really want to engage with the gentlemen (who was explaining that his son would love the item he picked up!). After that, I watched a small group of children (maybe 2 or 3) and their father walk out the shop. The lady went to shut the door after them while muttering 'disgusting' under her breath. The only thing that was disgusting was her customer service! If you're going to work in a charity shop or volunteer, at least put some effort into making your customers feel welcome. I will NOT be returning.
