Sam and his team provided a fully fitted kitchen for my daughter's property. The team were highly professional to deal with, helpful and responsive from day one. When having a new kitchen fitted there are endless questions and things to sort out and communication is key. We can highly rate Coer for their communication throughout the process. The kitchen is now in and is a great quality for a fair price and looks stunning. Sam provided us with confidence throughout the process and his fitting team were brilliant. We thoroughly recommend this company and will use them again without hesitation.

Disappointing Saturday 15:20 google and the times on their door say it should be open, couldnt get through on the phone so assumed they were to busy to answer and drove here but its closed. :(

Sam, Matt and the team have given us our dream kitchen! From designing through to installation they have been so attentive, making tweaks and changes as we needed, making great suggestions from their experiences, and addressing any issues on site (only minor ones) quickly. They were competitive on price and I felt like I was getting a more personalised experience than some of the bigger companies. Having included the kitchen as part of a while refurbishment, the team worked well with our builders to make sure installation lined up with their plans too. I have already been recommending this company to people I know since they first opened for business, but am now pushing it even more now that I have used them myself. We went to Coeur on the recommendation of a local firm after getting frustrated with the unresponsive, unhelpful approach of another more well-known kitchen company. The contrast was stark. Sam was friendly, knowledgeable and engaged from the off. He brought excellent ideas to the table and nothing was too much trouble no matter how much we hassled him with questions, ideas and minor changes. Just as we were preparing for our project to go ahead, Covid struck. A national lockdown meant postponing work wed spent ages planning for. Coeur were brilliant apologetic but also practical, assured and communicative, making sure we were in the loop at all stages. This transparency really did help take some of the stress out of the project. Finally, the job went ahead last October and Sam did everything in his power to make sure things ran smoothly and to plan (even in the face of an apparent global kitchen appliance shortage). He worked around the chaos created by a local building firm wed regrettably elected to use. On discovering that they had put a single kitchen fitter with back problems on our job, he even offered to come and help move units into place himself! The result of the project is stunning and a breath of fresh air in our Victorian semi-detached property. Everyone who sees our kitchen says they love it and we do too. The quality is much better than the mainstream kitchen brands and at a very reasonable price. Coeur have also been excellent at addressing any minor issues that crop up post-fitting. Highly, highly recommended.

We had a fantastic experience with Coeur who designed and installed our new kitchen. We wanted to go with a local, family run business but thought we might have to pay a premium compared with the larger chains, however Coeur's quote was very competitive. Sam designed our kitchen based on our vision and his own experience and ideas. Communication was excellent and our kitchen was installed on the date we were given from the start, no delays or issues. The installation team were very friendly and clearly highly skilled, finishing a days work by always cleaning up after themselves. We have had so many compliments on our kitchen because of its high quality. Overall, we couldn't have asked for any more from Sam and his team, and would thoroughly recommend Coeur to anyone who asks!
