Van Arnhem Nursery

Very poor service, overstocked items but staff are very aggressive and rude, we dealt with Sylvia and Jaime!! Both were unwilling to help with account setting or sales, changed a story several times which made us and other clients wait for 45 minutes before they said they will not accommodate!! A customer wanted to help us but they refused to let that! Alternative nursery businesses in the neighbourhood are all friendly with high business ethics!! shame for such a nice place to be run by hostile and difficult staff!

I've been using Van Arnhem for plants for my garden projects for over 5 years and I cannot fault their plants or service. I am really pleased with the service Jamie and the team offer, and the wide range of plants this nursery stocks and can source from other growers. I love that I can suggest new perennials for Van Arnhem to look into sourcing in the future. Big thank you to the team for helping me deliver my service to my clients. I couldn't do my planting projects without you!

Went there for a Christmas tree as we do each year. Good selection of spruce trees and waiting for a daily delivery of fir trees. Always good quality and their trees never drop. Main nursery has a superb selection of plants. It's to be remembered when you think other nursery's are too expensive.
