Fantastic service, its always nice to find a local person who is honest, well priced and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I took my work laptop in to have a memory upgrade, I consider myself fairly tech savvy but I just couldnt get my head round this, thankfully Primo said it wasnt as straightforward as hed imagined it to be, but he managed to get a work around, my fault for buying a very cheap laptop. He installed the new memory and was extremely well priced for the job, I will definitely be going back to use him again on any future problems I have, to do with my computers and phones, dont worry I wont be coming in to use you as an agony aunt

Took my MacBook to Apple and was quoted 680 for new SSD and battery. Then consulted Igor at Primo who was extremely helpful after my MacBooks failure and quoted me little over half this amount to do the same repair work, and that including upgrade of storage from 256 to 512Gb. All done in three days and laptop now working perfectly. Great communication, friendly service and was able to collect out of hours after repair. All in all first class and I can see why Igor has so many good reviews.
