        My brother instructed Richard Taylor to act as their legal advisor for a family property matter concerning myself. This solicitor who is a partner in the firm didnt return calls, messages, e-mails, didnt respond to my solicitor in Godalming. We couldnt understand the complete lack of communication. Finally, 4 months down the line and no further forward they terminated his services. I would urge anyone to rethink instructing this firm, and certainly do not hire Richard Taylor. As a family we feel completely let down by the firm.
