Didn't receive all items, wasn't told they won't be delivered until I received the invoice with items sent, still haven't received a refund, it's been 4 weeks! Do not buy from them!

Ordered Christmas gifts for my colleagues and was given a delivery estimate of yesterday. Gifts were only dispatched yesterday so that estimate was never going to be met! To make matters worse, they hadn't put my business name on the front of the parcel, so the courier couldn't deliver it and I had to spend half an hour waiting to speak to someone to sort that out. Now I won't get the presents in time before my business closes for Christmas. Won't be ordering from these people again.

Very happy with my purchases and the company offer a good selection of products, but I'm disappointed with the delivery (over a fortnight from order). The communications were also poor there was a single email following the order, nothing advising dispatch or any tracking information. Company seems to be a bit mendacious in it's publication of reviews. According to feefo they are rated at 4.7 based on 696 reviews in the past year (why not base the score on all 2276 reviews), I couldn't leave a feefo review, as I wasn't invited to, presumably they will only send you a link if they think the feedback will be positive. Would probably use them again as some good products but they need to move into the 21st Century from the perspective of providing an internet sales service.

Bad. First, they asked additional money for the delivery even if international delivery price was already included in the price. Second, I received my product (100 GBP) and received one week later a bill from DHL with 25 GBP to be paid for duty taxes. I find this very disturbing and unfair trade practice to hide so much costs compared to the announced price.
