We cannot thank LAN enough for the support they provide to us at EDA. The helplines are always answered promptly. Its easy to raise a ticket for an enquiry or assisted help, and If required they can access you computer at quick speed and take over. All the staff are so friendly, helpful and what I find is the most important attribute is that they are so patient . They have supported us over 7 years and in that time have covered a wide spectrum of issues. They have recently migrated us from a server to the cloud with very little interruption to our daily working. Great Service

I have had a really good relationship with LAN for the past 4 years and I would never hesitate to recommend them. Their support and helpdesk team members are very knowledgeable and always on hand for assistance. They provide good recommendations when needed and great support when projects arise. Really happy with how they have supported our business overall for the last few years.
