Having used Brendan on several previous occasions. I asked him to provide catering for my wifes surprise birthday dinner. And wow what an event. Brendan did an amazing job to construct the menu to incorporate my wifes favourite food choices but in a Subtle and cohesive way. A sit-down meal for 40 people with gourmet dining is not easy to achieve, but Brendan and his team achieved it with ease. The highlight of the night was the guests giving Brendan and the team a standing ovation. Thanks again Brendan heres to our next event.

Brendan was an amazing professional to deal with. Very responsive and helpful with planning the menus. On the night he provided a relaxed atmosphere with 4 outstanding courses. So many elements on the plate and a high quality dining experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Brendan to chef for a really memorable evening. Thanks

We asked Brendan to cook for us for a 30th Wedding Anniversary dinner. We thought the quality of the cooking and fantastic service was exceptional.The menu was creative and adapted very well for one of our guests.Timely, friendly and absolutely fabulous food ensured a great evening which we will surely repeat!!
