Sheev - Agile Training and Transformation Experts

I have worked with many professionals throughout my journey, but Ben was a unique one to work. I started my teaching assistant work at UCL with his team from Sheev. His work ethics are pristine, and he is easily adjustable to any given situation (we had 200 people in the cohort, 80 people joining the university project remotely). His ability to go out of his way to help others understand concepts has made him stand out. He delivered a talk about agile methodologies and scrum that was spectacular and entertaining at the same time. Would love to collaborate and learn from him again!

I got to know Ben Maynard during two online courses... LeSS Basics and LeSS Practitioner and then a two day LeSS & Learn in person course to deepen knowledges and share experiences with other LeSS practitioners. I found all of these sessions to be great experiences and they have given me a much greater perspective about Agile in practice. Ben is not only a great coach who is deeply knowledgeable about all things Agile, he is also a wonderful person that made the learning experience both challenging and enjoyable in equal measure.... I look forward to the next time I can join him in the classroom!

Ben has been a mentor for over a year, and has given me an important professional collaboration that has enabled me to understand the implications and organisational needs demanded when a company has to scale up to meet increased productivity and market opportunity. Ben's approach to mentoring is empowering, and unlocks your thinking potential, helps you to uncover your own deeper understanding of the environment that you work in, the underlying issues that help you to make informed choices. There are three key elements that come to mind when I think about Ben's mentoring: empowerment - expertise - challenge, and these three things combined with Ben's empathic and psychologically safe way of challenging my assumptions and point of view have led me to a place where I feel confident in making authentic and independent decisions.

Ben's courses are like no other I've ever taken part in. There's a unique safety created within each training group which allows each individual to share their own experiences and, lets face it - challenges! This creates a fantastic experiential learning environment where you'll not only learn from Ben, but from fellow attendees too. The course schedule is incredibly flexible. Ben has an amazing ability to understand what each training group needs at any given time during a course, ensuring he provides the maximum value to each group. My personal favourite lesson has been around systems modelling - learning the basics and then applying these learnings immediately to work through multiple, real world challenges that group members were facing, absolutely priceless! If you want to challenge your perceptions, meet and work with like minded people and really, really put your brain to work so that you grow -then I can't recommend Sheev training courses highly enough

we were extremely fortunate to have the wonderful Ben Maynard lead the trainining - these were described as Less.Works Practioner but for me they became a eureka moment. Ben uses his depth of knowledge around agility (what it is, and what is not!) and his coaching skills combined with empirical experiences (good and bad!) to bring Agility alive. Sheev Training use "back of the room training" - which effectively immersed the whole group via breakout rooms to engage in exercises and teaming - using many of the techniques we were discovering or sharing with others. All attendees at Sheev training courses are invited to join the slack group - to keep the networking, energy and ideas flowing. If you would like know more please contact me - but I cannot recommend Sheev or Ben Mayarnd any more highly. It was an enjoyable and valuable training experience.
