The place is extremely small so when is busy is the space is cramped up. You also have to wait extremely long time to get your order. They serve people they know right in front of you even if youve been there long. Owner is rude and clearly does not know how to work under pressure. They take in so many orders at a time but they cannot handle it. When you come in, no one sign posts you to the area for picking up or placing orders so youre just there like? Until you make them aware that you're there. They are not fully honest with their timing. They need to get one of those machines that clearly displays the current number theyre serving, to prevent people going over others. Also all staff including the owner should undergo customer service training and ways of working under pressure whilst maintaining professionalism. The suya is good.

Their suya is great but their customer service is terrible and annoying, they have 3-4 staffs working there but they dont know how to pick a call, you have to call many times before they finally respond and there is no queue on the phone , they just dont answer and its a very bad service , so hard to reach them to place an order all the time

Wait was about 30 mins, the beef suya was okay not great but not bad either - needed salt and spice to kick. Personally, I wouldnt make the journey back there again unless I happened to be in the area.
