        Woman on click and collect desk was rude. She made up her face as we approached the counter. It was downhill from there as she was doing her best to be unhelpful. She would probably be better off working at the back of the store and not with customers directly.

        "It does not work like that... " I was told by the lady behind the counter when I approached them for asking a question... I guess talking to a machine would be have been more productive. Low customer service skills not to mention low EQ... Seems that someone is in the wrong business. Well done lady, you just lost TOOLSTATION yet another customer! (I'm sure I'm not the only one). Tradie, do yourself a big favour and go next door where retail assistants happy to help and smile from time to time..!
