This place is a complete joke, I had one expensive parcel to be delivered they said that they try to deliver but never actually left a card to pic up from the delivery office after 1 month of having my package without trying to deliver I went there and I been told I cant collect without a paper saying I miss my delivery. One week after I had another delivery and happen exactly the same I call them and I open two investigation one for each parcel to find out what happen and didnt got any answers. I went there in person again I been told I cant pick my parcel, so I call to Reebook a delivery even without I red pice o paper , they Reebok for Saturday so that day I stay at home I recorded everything they didnt even came close to my door. On Monday I call them and they told me that they lost my parcel.
