Simple question needed list of vaccinations for my elderly mother travelling to India. Email sent from practice going back 2017 this is unacceptable as need to see at least 30 years - travel to India so need updated records. The surgery has no computer records and cannot offer patients information. I called practice 7 times send email and completed online forms. To no avail The only helpful receptionist Sam absolutely professional. Two other receptionists were rude unhelpful should find another profession no customer care at all. Dictating to me rather than listen patronising! Did not come back to me with anything its been over a week now.

Worst practice around, Ive waiting 4 days so far for a repeat prescription done online and still nothing. Reception are rude, Dr Gupta omg, its ridiculous

Absolutely ridiculous to even register took in my photo ID at 8 months pregnant told me they needed proof of addresss offered to download a statement and email it to them there and then they told me it wasnt acceptable but for me to download the statement go buy a printer print it then bring it in is acceptable. Completely put off will find another practice. Looks like an absolute dive anyway.

My mum has had a back ache since October 2022 and all the doctors say is rub ibuprofen cream in three to for times a day and take paracetamol , all of which is not helping . The carer phoned 111 and managed to get a telephone consultation which has not happened yet. I phoned the Waverley practice and spoke to the receptionist called Sam who went above and beyond to help mum out and was very reassuring that the doctor was going to phone , Sam was very friendly and helpful I wondered if mum may have a UTI and Sam said to come get some sample bottles and get a sample for the doctorto dip test to rule out infection and to save time as its three days before Christmas ,Sam was locking up but she waited for me to get there and still took time to talk to me even though she was going home well done Sam thank you very much for all you have done for us a very kind and thoughtful receptionist Regards Mrs r Reed and family
