        Been going to classes for a couple of years now. I can feel that I'm a lot stronger physically and mentally thanks to Jodie continued encouragement. Jodie always knows the right level to pitch the class stretching us to improve our skills or letting us relax after gruelling week in at work depending on how we're doing week on week. Definitely would recommend you check out the Studio if you're feeling physically or mentally frazzled and need to strengthen yourself up.

        So good to return for 2:1 classes at Quay Yoga The studio space is so clean and Covid-19 safe. Thank you Jodie for all the precautions you are taking to keep us feeling safe while practicing amazing yoga Quay Yoga is amazing. Calming and beautiful space with a fantastic teacher. I take 2:1 classes with my partner that are tailored to our needs each time. Yoga at a different level. Highly recommended!
