New composite front door fitted this morning Well within lead time given even when door failed its original QC. to me this isn't a negative point, it shows a company that has a QC process that is followed and effective! Fitting team (Tony) was superb, fantastic job on removal of existing and fitting of new, left both inside and outside cleaner than when they arrived! Thanks for great service and a price that couldn't be beaten!

Instant quotes using their simple "design your door" tool on their website - no pushy sales people or gimmicks. Friendly staff and the price, service and installation was excellent.

Atrocious company. Given them dozens of opportunities to fix a door which isn't correct three years on. Communication is one way with the customer constantly chasing, promises of responses result in weeks or months wait. I wouldn't reccomend them to anyone and would urge people to go elsewhere. I will be happy to give people a detailed run down of this ongoing issue if asked.

I visited the store last August, saw the style I was looking for, and agreed an order. I was told that there would be 10 weeks waiting time. Eventually a phone call told me that the door would be fitted on 10 December and I paid for it. A call informing me that the door had been delivered but the glass was missing set a new date of 17 December. This time it was said that there was a problem with the finishing paint and now there would be a delay until the middle of January. In response to an email, I had a call today, 1 February, to say there is no expectation of the door being delivered and, indeed, at no time to date has any door fitting my order been seen at the depot. Tradeframe staff must assume that, because I am getting on in years, i can be told any old rubbish! I am furious, and would advise any potential buyers to look elsewhere.
