I made a payment for 1125.45 on the 17/08/2020 for a watercooler fountain, After receiving two damage coolers we eventually got a third unit undamaged. I paid for the extra for fitting and servicing, upon finding out that the fitting service is not inclusive of the plumbing side of the fitting i requested a refund. I got my refund of 273.60 on the 15/10/2020 Today is 11/11/2020, I am still waiting for an invoice for my payment of 1125.45 on the 17/08/2020 and the refund of 273.60 on the 15/10/2020. The watercooler provided is very smart looking and workes as it should. The service and comunicationfrom WCD is very poor and i wouldnt recommend to a friend or use again myself.

If I could give no stars I would. Really terrible customer service. Tied us down to a service contract then used the small print against us. Didn't recieve what we paid for. Disappointing.

Just came across them again as I was looking for bottled water , so I thought I would share my experience with them. This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with . I bought my water cooler, top of the range, button press not a tap. I started emailing my complaints including a recording so they could see how long it took to fill a glass of water. 1.24 minutes I think it was. After being passed around to various people one man kindly made arrangements for it to be collected and a new one would be delivered once they received mine. (3 months after my original complaint)I did voice that I preferred old fashioned tap cooler. Thinking maybe that was the fault with these new flashier coolers. So I received an old fashioned cooler. Its so loud and again it drizzled the water. Took another recording, and sent it. The man called next day , baffled. Was going to speak to a colleague. Never heard back. Never received the 100 difference between the coolers. Ive made previous complaints and nothing. This is a long review considering I never really make reviews to complain . But these people were a joke!!

Paid for my water cooler it never turned up despite no contact from the WCD, then had a phone call told I was going to get a refund still nothing till this day 3 weeks later..... BUYERS BEWARE!
