Lovely waiting area and a very good idea to separate the cats from the dogs whilst waiting to be called in. Very clean and very welcoming. Following the examination of my pet, everything was explained to me thoroughly and I felt very happy indeed. I can certainly recommend AAS Vets in Hucclecote.

Had an awful experience with this vets! We brought our dog in for a sore leg back in December which looked like a reaction, He is still recovering now after months and months of visits. The vets had no idea what it was just kept seeing us and saying the same thing just looking at it and 'guessing' what it is and giving us medication for what they thought it might be. They only offered to do a further look into it by taking bloods recently after lots of money spent on these consultations to look more in to what it could be to then be told there's nothing from that. I had to ring and check up on this as we never heard anything back. We kept saying our dog was constantly licking his leg which could be pro longing the issue and we had tried multiple different things to stop this and with what they had suggested, but they were unable to offer any solutions to our problem so we ended up going out and buying a suit ourselves to stop this. The vets just seemed to care more about making money, we asked numerous times to speak to the manager but they did nothing. Just felt like such a rip off and a pro longed issue for our poor dog. Thankfully he is now a lot better since we brought this suit for him. We have now changed vets, Would not recommend to anyone.
